Cost & common questions

TRT for Portland, answered plainly.

How much does TRT cost in Portland?

At Ignite HRT, the new-patient TRT evaluation is $395 and includes the scheduled 60-minute visit and the baseline laboratory work specified for it. If treatment is appropriate, TRT membership starts at $219 per month for the services specified by the selected membership. We serve the Portland metro from clinics in Gresham and Beaverton. We do not bill insurance; HSA and FSA cards are accepted for eligible expenses.

How far are your clinics from Portland?

Our Gresham clinic (1300 NE Linden Ave, Suite 5) is just off I-84 on the east side — often 15 to 20 minutes from downtown Portland depending on traffic. Our Beaverton clinic (4540 SW Hall Blvd) serves the west side of the metro. Directions and hours for both are on our locations page.

Do I need to live in Gresham or Beaverton to be a patient?

No. Patients visit from across the Portland metro and southwest Washington. Visits happen in person at whichever clinic is more convenient for you.

How is Ignite HRT different from online TRT services?

Online TRT services generally handle evaluation and follow-up remotely and send you to a third-party site for lab work. Ignite HRT is an in-person clinic: blood draws are done at the clinic, a physical examination is performed when appropriate, and one clinician — Dr. Brown — is responsible for your evaluation, treatment decisions, and ongoing monitoring.

Is TRT right for me?

Not everyone is a candidate. Testosterone deficiency is diagnosed from compatible symptoms plus consistently low, accurately measured levels, followed by evaluation of the cause before treatment is considered. The new-patient evaluation is how we determine whether treatment is appropriate for you. Read more about how diagnosis works on our men's TRT page.
