My journey into healthcare began a few miles from where I practice today.

At Portland State University I earned my Bachelor of Science and discovered my passion for science and health. From there, I earned my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at the National University of Natural Medicine, right here in Portland.

During my post-graduate residency at NUNM and my early years in practice, I became interested in the role that appropriately selected hormone therapy can play for patients with menopause symptoms or a documented hormone deficiency. That interest led me to focus on careful evaluation, shared decisions, and ongoing monitoring.

I founded Ignite HRT in 2023 to provide individualized hormone care and medical weight management in the Portland metro. My aim is to help each patient understand the potential benefits, risks, alternatives, and limits of the options that may be appropriate for them. Results and treatment needs vary from person to person.
