This website is operated by Matthew Brown ND, LLC, doing business as Ignite HRT (“Ignite HRT,” “we,” “us”), an Oregon limited liability company with clinics in Gresham and Beaverton, Oregon. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

Informational use only

The content on this site, including pages, articles, FAQs, pricing, and descriptions of services, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for an evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed clinician. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read here. Additional information appears in our Medical Disclaimer.

No doctor-patient relationship

Browsing this website, calling for information, or requesting an appointment is not intended to create a clinician-patient relationship with Ignite HRT or any clinician. A treatment relationship begins when a clinician agrees to provide care and applicable intake, acceptance, and legal requirements are met. No website content or appointment request guarantees that a particular treatment will be prescribed or is appropriate for you.

Patient agreements and privacy notices

These website terms do not replace an informed-consent document, membership agreement, financial policy, or other agreement that applies to clinical care. If these terms conflict with a signed patient agreement about care, that patient agreement controls on that topic, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Applicable law and our Health Information Privacy page describe how patient health information is used and disclosed.

Emergencies and communications

This website, ordinary email, SMS, and patient-portal messages are not emergency services. For a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Ordinary email and SMS may not be encrypted, so do not send sensitive medical information through those channels. Existing patients should use the patient portal or call the clinic for instructions.

Text messaging

Texting the clinic is optional. If you text us, you consent to receive reply messages about your inquiry, and, if you become a patient, occasional service messages such as appointment reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Text STOP at any time and we will stop texting you; you can also call the clinic to change how we contact you. Mobile numbers and text opt-in information are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing. Do not send sensitive medical details by SMS.

Permitted use of the site

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. This site is intended for adults 18 and older. When you submit information through the site, you agree that it is accurate and about you. You agree not to misuse the site. That means no attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, bypassing security controls, introducing malicious code, scraping content at scale, impersonating another person, or using the site for an unlawful purpose.

All content on this site is the property of Matthew Brown ND, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. That covers the text, graphics, logos, the Ignite HRT name and phoenix mark, photographs, and page designs. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

External links and third-party services

This site links to third-party services we do not control, including the CharmHealth patient portal, Google Maps, and review platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. This does not disclaim any responsibility Ignite HRT has for patient information under our agreements or applicable law. A link does not by itself imply endorsement.

Services, eligibility, pricing, and availability

Service descriptions are general. Eligibility, medication choice, treatment duration, and clinical outcomes depend on an individualized evaluation. Prices, promotions, appointment availability, locations, hours, and included services may change. We aim to keep this information current. Before payment or enrollment, we will identify the material price and inclusions that apply to the service you select; any applicable signed financial or membership agreement controls for that purchase.

Appointments, cancellations, and memberships

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give at least 24 hours' notice. A missed appointment, a cancellation without adequate notice, or arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a $50 no-show fee, which the clinic may waive at its discretion in extenuating circumstances. Treatment memberships bill monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation procedures, refund terms, and termination conditions are set out in the Membership Cancellation Policy and the Payment and Financial Responsibility Policy that patients review and sign before starting care; membership fees are not refunded for partial months, and membership fee changes take effect only after at least 30 days' written notice.

Disclaimer of warranties

This website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep information current and accurate, but we do not guarantee that the site is error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or complete. To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed. This provision does not limit warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matthew Brown ND, LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a patient under applicable law, or any liability that cannot be limited under Oregon law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to another forum.

Severability

If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted with a prospective effective date when appropriate.
