Accessibility at Ignite HRT
Effective date: August 16, 2026. Everyone should be able to read about our care and book a visit — here is where the website stands and how to reach us if something is in your way.
Our target
We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA on every page of this website. Accessibility is reviewed when pages are added or changed, not as a one-time checkbox.
What is built in
- Every form field on the booking form has a visible label, and errors are announced to screen readers as well as shown on screen.
- Text colors are chosen to meet or exceed WCAG contrast ratios on every surface.
- Every control — links, buttons, and form fields — is keyboard-reachable, with a visible focus indicator.
- Animations respect your device's “reduce motion” setting — turn it on and the site skips its scroll effects. Auto-moving decorations stop on their own after a few passes.
- Images that carry meaning include text alternatives.
Known limitations
The appointment scheduler on our schedule page and the maps on our locations page are provided by third parties (CharmHealth and Google), and their accessibility is outside our direct control. If either is difficult to use, the alternatives below get you the same result.
Book without the website
Nothing on this site is the only way to reach us. Call or text 503-925-6605 and our team will book your visit, answer pricing questions, and handle anything the online form does. You can also email info@ignitehrt.com (please keep medical details for your visit).
